    WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

    Check your junk mail as it might have gone in there and double check that you have inputted the correct email address.  If these things have been checked make sure it did go through with your bank or PayPal before contacting us as it might be it was never properly clicked through.

    SHIPPING TIMES?

    You can find all our shipping information on the DELIVERY page in the help section.  We aim to ship within 24 hours and send all items recorded delivery.  Some items go directly from the brand and will be sent separately so you might get more than one package for one order.  Please check that the item isn't on pre order before asking why your order hasn't been sent.

    WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    We send you a shipping confirmation email with every order that has your tracking details on.  If for some reason you don't get it please email us for your tracking info.  We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for.  You can use royalmail.com to track your parcel by adding the tracking number into the track and trace finder.

     

    I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER – WHERE IS IT?

    Unfortunately Superman doesn’t have a courier service so we have to go with man power.  We pick and pack parcels typically within 48 hours of receiving the order then it can take up to five to seven working days to get to you. Please bear this in mind before emailing us.  If it is over this time period please check the tracking information provided on your shipping confirmation before emailing us, if there are still no clues that please get in touch and we will investigate further.  For overseas customers please allow 2 -4 weeks for you parcel to arrive before contacting us.

    LOST PARCELS?

     

    Sometimes parcels do go astray, if it has been over ten days in the UK after your shipping notification then please email or call us and we will contact Royal Mail directly.  For overseas customers please allow 30 days.

     

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

     

    We have a super handy page with all the information and a spare returns form you can print out if you have lost yours. Click the returns link under useful info.

     

    CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

     

    Yes you can, just fill in the form and send it back to us as you would with any return.  The amount of the return will be refunded back onto your gift card so you can use it again at a later stage.

    CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

     

    Yes, you may return for an exchange or refund. 

    MY ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK – WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

     

    We do not typically restock any clearance or sale items, however sometimes the odd size will return to the site.  We cannot provide notifications of a restock of items or can we provide information about what will be restocked. 

    I’M A MODEL/BLOGGER, HOW DO I WORK WITH GEEK LA CHIC?

    The best way to get noticed by us is to wear items from the store and #geeklachic on social media.  If we like what we see we will be in touch about collaborating with you.  If you would like to contact us about it you can email hello@geeklachic.co.uk with recent pictures of yourself and links to your social media pages.

    I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM!

    Oh oooh, sorry you have received the wrong item but never fear we are hear to help, our warehouse staff are only human so sometimes do make mistakes please just email us hello@geeklachic.co.uk with your order number and details of what you have received and we will sort it for you.

    I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM!

     

    Whoops! Sorry about that! We hope your parcel reaches you in perfect condition and we keep everything in the warehouse in it’s lovely bag or box so when it arrives to you it is fresh and ready to wear, so sometimes there can be an issue that our team miss.  If that is the case just take a couple of pictures of the issue and email them to us.

     

    PROMO CODE ISN’T WORKING!

     

    If the promo code isn't working make sure you have written it correctly and remember they can be case sensitive too so make sure you check that! If it really isn't working then give us a call or a message on live chat and we can see whats happening and get you your discount.  The code MUST be added at the time of purchase.  We cannot add the code or apply the discount after the sale has gone through under any circumstances.

     

     

    WHO PAYS CUSTOM FEES?

    The custom fees are paid by the person receiving the order.  We do not pay customs on orders and will not refund custom fees. 

    HOW MUCH ARE THE CUSTOM FEES?

    Custom fees are a percentage of the customs value to bring the parcel into the Country so it all depends on what you have ordered and where you are.  The government of your Country adds this on it is nothing to do with Geek la Chic adding fees.  Most Countries now have a page on their government site that can work it out for you before you order

    HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

     If you have ordered and it is before 12pm on the day of the order theres a good chance we might not have sent it yet, so just give us a call or pop us an email to let us know you wish to cancel your order and the reason why.

    CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF ITS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED?

    If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the order to us and use the returns form provided to give the reasons why.  Please bear in mind you must pay the return postage and any postal costs paid will not be refunded, so it pays to let us know ASAP.

     

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?

    if our system is having a moment and the wrong amount is refunded back to you, please let us know ASAP and we will look into it for you.  Please double check the amount as it maybe different if you used a discount code at the time of making your purchase.
